W.I.P. Wednesday
After making the Madrona Road herringbone quilt, I wanted to use the same process with a deliberate placement of the fabrics so the same print would be carried all the way across the quilt.
So, this is what I have been working on this week:
I made this quilt exactly the same way, however each set of strips were identical rather than all random.
I love how it has a very different look from the first quilt. I have had these fabrics in my stash for a while now, and am glad I finally got to use them. All my fave designers - Anna Maria, Amy B., Heather Bailey, Denyse Schmidt and Jennifer Paganelli. The solid is Kona "snow".
And, I have written a tutorial!!
It follows this post or to go straight to it, click here.
